Secondly, in the process of operating the feed machinery, we must pay attention to strictly control the cleanliness of the materials. If there are sundries in the materials, be sure to remove them. It is strictly forbidden for iron stones and other objects to enter the machine, so as not to damage the machine and hurt people. In addition, the receiving cloth bag should have a length of more than 4 meters and a diameter of 0.6 meters. The cloth should not be too dense, and the material should be discharged in time during use to ensure that the cloth bag has sufficient air permeability.

Third, during the operation of the feed machinery, it is also necessary to strictly control the feeding. It should be noted that the feeding should be kept uniform, and the load degree of the power should be paid attention to to avoid choking. When crushing the particles, the feeding amount can be adjusted by the pumping plate regulator. It should be noted that when the wear of one corner affects the work efficiency, the reverse side of the hammer can be turned around (4 groups are adjusted together at a time when turning the head, so as not to cause the rotor to be unbalanced). The replacement hammer should be completely replaced.

In addition, before using the feed machinery every day, the lubrication should be checked, an appropriate amount of lubricating oil should be added in advance, and the bearing condition should be checked after 500 hours of use. When installing the screen, the burr side should be installed on it. According to the fineness of the crushed material, select sieves with different diameters. In addition, the reasonable design of the feed machinery and the selection of parameters must also be guaranteed to be reasonable.
