For example, when the feeding amount of the packaging machine is very unstable, the high speed value should be gradually increased until the small material door has a separate feeding time of about 2-3 seconds; when the small material door alone feeding time often exceeds 3 seconds, The high speed value should be gradually reduced until the small gate has a separate feed time of around 2-3 seconds.

Under normal circumstances, the large material door and the small material door of the packaging scale are opened together at the beginning of feeding, and the large material door is closed when the high speed value is reached; the small material door continues to feed for 2-3 seconds, and the small material door is closed when the fast value is reached; The vibrating feeder continues to feed for 0.5-3 seconds. When the drop is reached, the vibrating feeder is closed and the feeding is completed.

If you need to replace the packaging materials, you should manually open and close the large material door and small material door of the packaging scale several times after the last bag of the current product is finished. The residual material remaining in the feeder cannot be cleaned by opening the vibrating feeder for a long time, so as not to damage the vibrating feeder.

In addition, be careful not to change the parameters such as the set value, high speed value, fast value and drop during the feeding process of the packaging scale. You should change the above parameters when the packaging is not started or the feeding is completed but the scale is not discharging, otherwise it will affect the package. weight; and it is also necessary to manually check whether the action of the large gate, the small gate and the vibrating feeder is normal before use.

If the packaging scale is packing powder materials, the gas breaker must be turned on. The pressure of the gas breaker pipeline should be adjusted to 0.08-0.12MPa; the total pressure gauge should be guaranteed to be 0.4-0.6MPa; The potentiometer on the controller should be adjusted in the 1/2-2/3 position.

As a special packaging and weighing equipment, the packaging scale must be operated by fixed personnel, and the staff are required to be proficient in the boot-up and bag-making procedures, as well as simple instrument debugging and parameter changes. The basic requirement for the daily maintenance of the packaging scale is to ensure that the inside and outside of the computer instrument box is clean and dry; in addition, it is also necessary to regularly check that the terminals are not loose or fall off to ensure that the circuit and gas path are unblocked.

After the packaging scale is shut down, the measuring part should be cleaned in time. If the packaging is sugar, Banlangen granules, salt, etc., it is necessary to ensure that the feeding tray and turntable are cleaned every shift so that they are not corroded. The heat sealer body of the packaging scale should be cleaned frequently to ensure a clear texture of the seal.

The main points to be cleaned are the photoelectric tracking light-emitting head of the packaging scale, the scattered materials on the material tray, the dust in the electric control box, etc., to ensure the small error of the cursor tracking, keep the parts clean, and prevent the electric control box from being in poor contact. wait for failure. The transmission and moving parts of the packaging machine must be inspected, tightened, refueled and maintained within a week of use; after that, it must be regularly inspected and maintained every month.
