There is also a problem that when the start button of the packaging scale is pressed, the large and small material doors cannot be opened, and material feeding cannot be performed. Analysis proves that the reason for this phenomenon is that the packaging scale has not been used for a long time, and there is still a certain amount of finished products in the hopper, which causes this phenomenon to occur.
When encountering a similar situation, the first is to clear the hopper of the packaging scale, and then clear the value of the instrument to zero. In order to avoid the recurrence of this phenomenon, if the packaging scale is not used for a long time, the hopper must be cleared in time to keep the empty warehouse.
