The use of packaging scales in peacetime is still relatively large, not only for the weighing of materials, but also for the packaging of materials. In this case, the equipment will automatically turn on after it stops. For this fault, we can basically conclude that there is a problem with the control system of the packaging scale.
Therefore, first check the working status of the terminals of the control cabinet of the packaging scale. If it is closed, it is a problem outside the system. If it is disconnected, it is a system failure. There are two main reasons for the failure of the system itself. On the one hand, the relay board automatically sends a start signal, and on the other hand, the instrument automatically sends a start signal. After the root cause is identified, effective measures can be taken to solve it reasonably.
The first thing to mention is the problem that materials are easy to spill out when the packaging scale is debugged. Due to different materials, some materials are prone to leaking materials at the moment when the packaging scale is finished weighing. In view of this situation, the result is that the bag is too narrow; in addition, if the speed of the cylinder of the entrainer is too fast, the same result will be obtained.
The second is the problem of inaccurate weighing data of the packaging scale. There are many reasons for this problem, including the collision between the air hose or cable and the weighing bucket; the weighing sensor is not working properly; the soft connection is too tight ; Limit contact with the sensor, etc., the above factors are all possible. But as long as the cause is determined, reasonable adjustments or exclusions can be made to return to normal.
First of all, you can adjust the nut of the packaging scale, that is, rotate it in a clockwise direction, so that the friction brake can be increased to reduce the problem of excessive tape cutting. If the nut is rotated in the opposite direction, it can also play a role in reducing friction braking.
Due to the influence of high temperature, the sticky adhesion of the tape used in packaging will also increase, so that higher tension is required. In this case, it is necessary to adjust the friction of the packaging scale. If the temperature is low, the tension of the packaging scale drawstring will also be reduced, and the friction degree needs to be appropriately increased to improve the problem.
