It should be noted that in order to complete the production work more quickly, it is generally necessary to prepare at least two warehouses to be crushed in advance. If there are many varieties of pellets, it should be increased appropriately. Under normal circumstances, its storage capacity should not be less than the 2-4 hour output of the feed processing mechanical pulverizer, so as to reduce the number of start-ups of the pulverizer.
In addition, it should be considered that the feeding device used for crushing pellets is very important during the operation of feed processing machinery. For small feed mills with low degree of automation, manual gates are often used to control the feeding amount. Large-scale feed mills often use impeller-type or screw-type automatic control feeders, whose rotational speed can be adjusted, and the feeding amount can be changed. input.
At the same time, in the production system, it is also necessary to match the appropriate batching warehouse. Generally speaking, it is necessary to set up conveying equipment on the top of the batching silo. The conveying equipment includes two types of rotary distributors and screw conveyors. The main function is to accurately distribute the crushed materials and the auxiliary materials that do not need to be crushed. The workshop space is required.
