5) Open the inlet valve of the fermenter.

6) When the pressure in the tank rises to 0.05MPa, close the intake valve and turn the sampling knob of the fermentation tank to the maximum to prevent air leakage. At this time, if the pressure in the tank remains unchanged for 30 minutes, the air tightness is good.

3. Sterilization of fermentation tank:

1) After 30min, open the air outlet valve and adjust the size to stabilize it at 0.03MPa.

2) Open the steam outlet valve of the fermenter before opening the valve of the steam generator.

3) Open the valve of the steam generator and the inlet valve of the fermenter, close the inlet valve to prevent back sucking, when the temperature rises to 121 ℃, keep it for 30min, pay attention to maintaining the pressure in the tank at a certain pressure value (excessive pressure will cause Dangerous, the temperature is too low to rise) At this time, the preparatory work for fermentation has been completed, and the preparation for fermentation begins.

4) After 30min, release the pressure; close the valve of the steam generator and the steam inlet valve of the fermentation tank, and open the valve of the air inlet (to prevent the deformation of the tank).
