The parameters reflecting the changes of the fermentation process can be divided into two categories: one is the parameters that can be directly detected by specific sensors. They include parameters that reflect changes in physical and chemical environments, such as temperature, pressure, stirring power, rotational speed, foam, fermentation broth viscosity, turbidity, pH, ion concentration, dissolved oxygen, substrate concentration, etc., which are called direct parameters. The other category is parameters that have been difficult to detect with sensors so far, including cell growth rate, product synthesis rate, and respiration rate. These parameters need to be obtained by means of computer calculations and specific mathematical models based on some directly detected parameters. Therefore, such parameters are called indirect parameters. Among the above parameters, temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen concentration, etc. have a great influence on the fermentation process.
The influence of fermenter temperature on the fermentation process is multi-faceted. It will affect the rate of various enzyme reactions, change the synthesis direction of bacterial metabolites, and affect the metabolic regulation mechanism of microorganisms. In addition to these direct effects, temperature also affects the physical and chemical properties of the fermentation broth, such as the viscosity of the fermentation broth, the solubility and transfer rate of substrates and oxygen in the fermentation broth, the decomposition and absorption rates of certain substrates, etc. Kinetic properties and product biosynthesis.
1. The normal operation time of the experimental fermenter fine filter is half a year. If the filter resistance is too large or the filter is lost, it must be cleaned or replaced (recommended direct replacement without cleaning). After the cleaning operation, the function of the filter cannot be ensured.
2. When cleaning the experimental fermenter, please rinse it with a soft brush, do not wipe it with a hard container, so as not to damage the surface of the experimental fermenter.
3. The supporting surface of the experimental fermentation tank is checked once a year to ensure normal use.
4. The electrical equipment, appearance, sensor and other electrical equipment of the experimental fermenter are prohibited from directly contacting water, steam, and avoiding moisture.
5. When stopping the use of the experimental fermenter, it should be cleaned immediately, and the residual water in the experimental fermenter and each piping should be drained; loosen the lid of the experimental fermenter and the screw of the spray hole to prevent the sealing ring from being continuously deformed.
6. The operation path of the experimental fermenter, the constant temperature tank and other carbon steel equipment must be painted on time (once a year) to avoid rusting.
7. Carefully observe the oil level of the reducer. If the lubricating oil does not work, it should be added in time.
8. Replace the lubricating oil of the reducer regularly to prolong its service life.
9. If the experimental fermenter is not needed temporarily, empty the experimental fermenter, and place the remaining water in the tank and each piping side by side.
