If necessary, the finished product inventory should be appropriately increased in order to reduce the number of transfers. In general, if you want to minimize equipment blockage and other problems, you can control the current of the pulverizer and granulator to 60%-70% of the rated current, or even lower.


In order to achieve such production standards, management and supervision need to be done to reduce power consumption as much as possible. In addition to this, downtime and maintenance time for feed machinery breakdowns should be minimized as much as possible. That is to say, in actual production, suitable feed machinery should be selected for production and processing according to different production requirements. This can also reduce power consumption to a certain extent.
