In this case, the equipment will automatically turn on after it stops. For this fault, we can basically conclude that there is a problem with the control system of the packaging scale.
Therefore, first check the working status of the terminals of the control cabinet of the packaging scale. If it is closed, it is a problem outside the system. If it is disconnected, it is a system failure. There are two main reasons for the failure of the system itself. On the one hand, the relay board automatically sends a start signal, and on the other hand, the instrument automatically sends a start signal. After the root cause is identified, effective measures can be taken to solve it reasonably.
First of all, you can adjust the nut of the packaging scale, that is, rotate it in a clockwise direction, so that the friction brake can be increased to reduce the problem of excessive tape cutting. If the nut is rotated in the opposite direction, it can also play a role in reducing friction braking.
Due to the effect of high temperature, the adhesive adhesion of the tape used in the packaging will also increase, which will require higher tension. In this case, it is necessary to adjust the friction of the packaging scale. If the temperature is low, the tension of the packaging scale drawstring will also be reduced, and the friction degree needs to be appropriately increased to improve the problem.
When installing the packaging scale, make sure that the longitudinal center of its receiving section coincides with the center line of the material flow in the silo, and that the material flow is naturally accumulated and evenly distributed on both sides of the center line of the receiving section of the equipment, so that the height of the material flow is not equal. Diffuse is the basic principle. If the disc feeding method is used, make sure that the disc discharge drop is not greater than 200mm, and cannot be in contact with any part of the scale.
If it is changed to the drag feeding method, the feeding nozzle cannot contact with the scale body, and the lower end must keep a certain distance from it. In order to facilitate later maintenance and repair, appropriate maintenance space should be reserved when the packaging scale is installed. In short, in order to ensure the accuracy of packaging measurement results, the following requirements must be strictly followed, which is also to prolong the service life of the equipment and improve its work efficiency.
