This also reminds the majority of users that they must regularly check the action of the solenoid valve in the packaging scale, and disassemble and clean the valve body in time and add grease.

There is also a problem that when the start button of the packaging scale is pressed, the large and small material doors cannot be opened, and material feeding cannot be performed. Analysis proves that the reason for this phenomenon is that the packaging scale has not been used for a long time, and there is still a certain amount of finished products in the hopper, which causes this phenomenon to occur. In a similar situation, the first thing is to clear the hopper of the packaging scale, and then clear the value of the instrument to zero. In order to avoid the recurrence of this phenomenon, if the packaging scale is not used for a long time, the hopper must be cleared in time to keep the empty warehouse.

The same is about the problem of the packaging and weighing door. Although the door cannot be opened, the display of the meter is normal. After careful inspection, it is found that there is a problem with the power supply of the solenoid valve that controls the material door. Specifically, the finished product of the packaging scale Corrosion of the wiring terminals caused by the dust in the solenoid valve leads to poor contact of the power supply circuit of the solenoid valve. This kind of problem can be solved by re-processing the wiring. The reason why the packaging scale can measure the material while packing the material is because it is equipped with a weighing measurement system inside, and the core of this system is the load cell. If the sensor is broken, the entire device will not work properly, and the sensor must be replaced in time. When replacing the sensor in the packaging scale, first open the upper cover of the damaged sensor, lift the weighing platform with a jack, and remove the ground wire of the sensor. Then open the junction box and disconnect the damaged sensor cable from the junction box. Pull out the cable at the sensor end.

At this time, it should be noted that a lead wire is attached to pass through the scale body when the wire is drawn, so that when the new sensor is replaced, the cable can pass through the scale body and enter the junction box, which is considered to simplify the replacement process of the parts. Then run the sensor cable through the scale body into the junction box in the same way. And according to the wiring diagram of the sensor of the packaging scale, fix each core wire of the cable on the corresponding terminal of the junction box; after connecting, open the jack, put the weighing platform flat, and cover the cover. Don't forget to reset and calibrate the packaging scale after replacing the sensor. Not only that, the redundant cables of the packaging scale sensor should be bundled and placed in bundles, and should not be placed directly on the foundation ground. In order to ensure the consistency and interchangeability of the sensor, the sensor cable should not be cut off at will; of course, the sensor should not be scratched or bumped during the whole process, and the cable should be protected.
