Under the condition that the feed machinery maintains normal operation, and the motors are in an interlocking state, the opening sequence that should be adopted at this time is: grading screen - hoist - cooler - scraper - granulator - fan - fan off - system Granulator - mixer - feeder. The granulator section is a key section in the process equipment of the feed factory. Since the granulator is frequently started, and the pressing die and pressing roller are frequently replaced, an on-site control box should be configured.


Therefore, after we start the feed mechanical granulator, wait for it to gradually run to the normal speed, the lighted button lights up, then start the mixer and start the feeder. According to the current of the main machine, adjust the frequency converter or the electric governor to feed the material evenly, so that the main machine of the feed machine can work smoothly. When the counter-flow cooler is full, the cooler motor starts to work through the PLC program, and the motor stops working until the unloading level is disconnected.


The first is to check the bearings of the feed processing machinery. If the bearing is abnormal, it will not only cause severe vibration of the equipment, but also cause serious noise, and even cause equipment damage. Bearings can be divided into rolling bearings and sliding bearings according to their structure. Rolling bearings may be damaged prematurely in case of improper assembly, poor lubrication, foreign matter entry and overload during operation, mainly manifested in natural wear, cage damage, outer ring fracture and plastic deformation.


In addition, in the process of production operation of feed processing machinery, it is also necessary to maintain good lubrication quality. This is because the lubrication of the bearing is one of the important factors affecting its performance. Whether the lubricant and the lubrication method are suitable or not will have an impact on the life of the bearing. With lubrication, friction between components can be reduced, making equipment run more smoothly.


The second consideration is whether the rotor is balanced, because the unbalanced rotor can also cause abnormal vibration of the feed processing machinery. The main reasons for rotor imbalance are: rotor scaling, weight falling off, rotor deformation, etc.
