On the one hand, the relay board automatically sends a start signal, and on the other hand, the instrument automatically sends a start signal. After the root cause is identified, effective measures can be taken to solve it reasonably.

When the packaging scale is closed and stops running, the first thing that needs to be cleaned is its measurement part, because it is inevitable that there will be material residues in it during packaging. In order not to affect the next operation and ensure the accuracy of measurement, it must be cleaned. The second is the sealer of the packaging scale to ensure the beauty of the packaging and sealing; at the same time, there is also a cigarette lighter device to ensure that there will be no errors in cursor tracking. In addition, the materials that fall on the tray during bagging should be cleaned up in time, and the cleaning of the electric control box should not be forgotten, so as to prevent the falling dust from causing poor contact of the electric control box and causing the packaging scale to fail to operate.

When starting the packaging operation, it is necessary to set the packaging bag as required, and make sure that the bag head is completely pressed against the packaging bag after the bag is clamped. This is to avoid the occurrence of material spraying. But what if it happens? It is necessary to quickly press the emergency stop switch of the packaging scale and disconnect the power supply in time.

The packaging also needs to go through the bag turning process, but if the automatic operation is unsuccessful, it must be completed by manually turning the bag. When there is material in the valve bag packaging scale, if the butterfly valve is not closed, it means that there is no material in the silo, which is the need to switch the packaging scale to the clearance mode.
