Before the crushing process, it needs to be cleaned and the ingredients should be mixed according to the formula ratio. Pulverize it into powder of more than 40 mesh, then add standard flour, additives, etc. for stirring to make it evenly mixed, and the coefficient of variation is not more than 10%. Under normal circumstances, the moisture content of raw materials crushed by feed processing machinery is generally about 13%.
At this time, the raw materials also need to be quenched and tempered to facilitate softening and gelatinization. It should be noted that during the operation of feed processing machinery, proper water addition is another important condition to ensure powder cohesion and starch gelatinization. First, when stirring, spray water with a high-pressure water pump for a few minutes to achieve a moisture content of about 18% of the powder; secondly, add steam. The advantage of this is that it can not only make the moisture content of the feed pellets uniform, but also meet the softening requirements. After the steam is added, the temperature of the material increases rapidly, the gelatinization time of the material is prolonged, the starch is fully gelatinized, the working temperature of the die is correspondingly reduced, and the service life of the die of the feed processing machinery is improved.
After the installation is completed, before opening the feed machinery grading screen, the staff need to check the free vibration state of the screen body, whether the material channels are unobstructed, and whether the fasteners are well fastened; after confirmation, the correct startup sequence is: open first Relevant fans, start the vibration mechanism again, and start feeding to the rated working flow after the equipment moves smoothly. After the production operation is completed, the shutdown operation sequence is: first cut off the material, then turn off the power supply of the vibration mechanism, pay attention to the state of the screen body passing through the resonance area, and turn off the fan.
